Conducere Consulting, LLC

Conducere Consulting, LLC is an organizational consulting firm that using anti-oppressive and anti-racist frameworks and methods to transform organizations. The consulting firm consists of 17 consultants all with a variety of knowledge, skills, and abilities. I worked on several projects that designed to help establish a new framework for the current performance management system of the consultants as well as a more streamlined communication platform across teams in the firm and across consultants.

Performance Management System Restructure

This project was developed in partnership with my colleagues Oliver Zagorin and Edgar Ruffin. We developed this project to understand the organizational challenges of the current performance management system and helped the organization build a plan to implement in the next 6 months. At the time this project was developed, there was no formal performance management system in place.

Social Network Analysis Research and Reporting

This project was designed to research and identify trends within the organizational consulting firm and the communication channels across different consultants and teams. Demographic information as well as knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) were also explored to see what similarities and differences aligned across different individuals. This was used to help analyze the strengths and opportunities of the individuals in their communication platforms as well as within the organizational structure of the startup.
