Selection System Redesign

Old Bank Barbers is a Baltimore-based full-service barbershop specializing in offering an affordable, and personalized haircut experience. The shops were opened in an old bank building and currently still has remnants of the previous architectural design. The shop was opened in Hampden, a neighborhood within Northern Baltimore City and also has a second location called Old Market Barbers located a few miles south of the Johns Hopkins University campus. For my class assignment, I was tasked to interview and analyze a business and create a new selection system for the organization. I conducted a full job analysis which analyzed tasks statements for the barbers of the shop and also facilitated a skills needs analysis with the owner of the barbershop, Daniel Wells.
