What has #BlackoutTuesday taught us?

In response to the murder of George Floyd last May, the nation has come together to address systemic racism, white supremacy and privilege as well as how to make changes individually and within the organizations that we are connected to. This article was built to address the initial social media hype, and challenge organizational leaders to respond in a way that is not performance but rather actionable.
